I have a confession to make : I've been reading Drockleberry since the start, and haven't missed an installment. I read each episode religiously, and yet I have NO IDEA of what's going on in the story.
If someone asked me what it's about, I don't think I could answer.
I keep hoping it'll all suddenly become clear in the next episode but I guess it's just not one of these comics...
That being said I totally love it. I find it fascinating, in the same way that a rabbit find your car's lights fascinating.
"fascinating, in the same way that a rabbit find your car's lights fascinating."
That's a near perfect description of just the sort of response that I've hoped the book would have on people...although, as I inch my way closer to the ending I realize that I honestly need to eventually go back here & there and add as well as subtract pages that'll make for a much better and somewhat easier to follow book for the reader.
They don't pay much , but BooM are doing Cthulu Comics. That's something I'd be very excited to see you do.
I'm with Wood in that I often find myself lost, but the visuals are so strong it just carries me through
Thanks Simon!
yeah, I think I'd really enjoy doing another Cthulu story, or even Cthulu-related. Thanks for reminding me about BooM.
I'm grateful that the art is keeping you tuned in each week, and I really do appreciate the fact that the same couldn't honestly be said of the 'story' - I'll do my damnedest to finish strong though...with enough work I think I'll be able to fine-tune this thing, eventually:)
