FOUR pages this week? You're spoiling me, guys.
The art's lush (great dusk shot, Hyeondo) and the characters seem like they're actually having a conversation, not just reciting word balloon speech. You're getting a great handle on them, Dougan (even though I'm sure this entire chapter was more or less written in one shot).
Bravo, gentlemen, but... who is this Scott Pilgrim person and what the hell's his problem??

Thanks Mike! Always means a lot coming from you! I'll let you in on a little secret: the reason that Sam and Lilah talk like real people is because they ARE real people....shh....

great installment, J&H. love the lush colors and resolve. did jesus make a sacrifice or did he flex some voodoo on sam? i guess we'll just havta find out.

I KNEW Jesus isn't all that bad... (Whew!)
And he gave his bracelet to Sam, so they got one again, though Lilah lost hers...
Amazing how Sam can be the greatest diplomat ever in one moment and the greatest Jerk in the next one, all the while staying 100% in-character, without losing any credibility. Also, I love on every single panel, how your persons are expressing their emotions with mimics and posure. Great stuff again, guys! Your characters ARE vibrant with life!
In other news, I believe we'll handle the "Enter: Thor" thing as Scott McCloud did in "Choose Your Own Carl", will we? B-) Kudos to Lilah for that one. She got me giggling.

No! We're coming back with the next part of Chapter 3 very soon! That'll be actually about the halfway point of our story...so we've got lots in store for you!
